Yeap, finally done my own running, apart from PE and ODAC trainings. Had ran about 4+ km, in about 18 mins. Still not good enough, but well, getting my fitness back after recovering frim injuries.
Did some revision for the upcoming CT, but that's so little. Yikes, better start now and finish my homework!
Gonna update about once or twice a week, cos i dun have the time and energy to update everyday.
