Oh well, just ended my 5 weeks Guards Conversion Course, which means I'M OFFICIALLY A GUARDSMEN! WOOT! Gruelling training, tough conditions and unfavourable weather; what a course it had been for me. A khaki baret, baret backing, formation and vocation badge, guards tab; they all required me to earn them.
I'm so so so glad that I finished the course safely, my endurance and perseverance had paid off. These were the little achievements i've made so far in Guards.
What mattered to me most, were the unforgettable times, or difficult times during training. FRIENDS, BROTHERS or BUDDIES; whatever u call them. We stuck together in tough times helping each other and enjoyed or achievements. Kudos to u all brothers, all helped me along the way, woke my senses up.... Liang Hock, Mustafa, Wee Kiat, Jing Sheng, Ting Zhang Felix and Izuddin. Not forgetting my buddy, Cheng Yang, who helped me alot; seriously alot. THANKS BUDDY!
I've learnt quite some bit from this course, which i feel would benefit me in the future. It shaped me into a better person and well, maybe a better leader? It would have been different, if i was posted elsewhere.
Well, shall call it a day, sayonara!
