Alright, haven't updated for like ages, due to several reasons. Firstly, i was rather busy with school work and other stuff. Secondly, i didn't feel like doing so. Yup, many things have had happened for the past 1/2 month or so.
Shall start with.... Sports Carnival 2006.Finally, ran my 1st ever 100m finals on the actual day, certainly felt elated. Special thanks to my ODAC junior Gareth, whom i borrowed the spikes from. Anyway, started in lane 2, which means not the favourite to win; cos they would put those pro runners in the middle. Anyway, i didn't really compete for a medal, as i knew my chances were low. That event had at least 3 school sprinters and the others are real fast as well. The race was rather close as the back group including me finished really close. Congrats to Kian Guan as he outran everyone to win the 1st position. It was such a waste for Ashley when he didn't go for the heats due to the CJ soccer match. Anyway, after the track events, my class took part in frisbee with our junior class, which we lost 2, drew 1. Went out for lunch with Chow, then went to his house. We even did a 800m sprint from the bus stop to his house as it rained heavily. LOL. That's all for Sports carnival 2006.
What else should i update on...?? Things were rather wrong for me during the past weeks. I believe that they are all corrected and shouldn't have any problems. Thanks to the few others, who were there whenever i need them: Qs, Chow, Hong and Baey =) I would have knocked my head against the wall if they weren't here. Shan't eleborate more on it.
Wahaha, returned to TKD training after missing the trainings for about 2 months. Felt that my stamina, speed and accuracy dropped since i've stop training. My anaerobic threshold can't last while i was at the peak of my tkd event. I'll be stopping again after the june holidays till i've finished my A levels.
The days in ODAC are numbered, 3 more trainings to stepping down as J2 seniors. It's a mixed feeling for me, as i'd wish i had more time to study, but still want to go for CCA. Hope that the juniors can carry on the ODAC beliefs, traditions and how the club is conducted. I could still remember clearly the scene when i first attended the training. Went through many events and it seems just a few months ago that i was still a new member to ODAC. Friends i've made there, the events and memories we had gone through, shall remain in my mind forever, that i'll never forget. I've certainly learnt many lessons, skills and knowledge thoroughout the entire ODAC journey; ropes, medic, general knowledge. I'm also glad that i was able to attain some certificates such as sports climbing and kayaking, which i would never have gotten without going to ODAC.
I've been catching the Korean TV drama series: Da Chang Jing. The storyline is really touching and sort of a little educational. I highly recomend u all to watch it.
Shall go and do my tutorials and mug a little for econs. Having physics SPA next monday!!!
