Ok, as seen from the title, my knees are totally wrecked. Both knees i should say. Had been using my knees too much, with those impacts and crashes from running and training. My taekwondo training required lots of snapping action by the knee and has to bend them rather often. Apart from that, I have to run quite often and alot, thus impact on my knees while running were real great. Also due to lack of rest fom my knees, its TOTALLY WRECKED and tough to repair. The only thing i can do now, is to get sufficient rest fom my knees, damage control and prepare for the upcoming surf n sweat competition.
Looking forward to the surf n sweat competition, as its the first ever non-inter Cj competition i'm taking part with, as a whole ODAC. Hope things go fine for us, and retain our position of being the defending champion for overall.
Ran 10k today. Didn't have this kind of long run since very long ago, as i didn't run with them due to various reasons. However, I've decided that it was enough slacking for me, and its time to get down to serious business.
