ODAC training

Shall start writing about yesterday. Had school as usual. Had a 2hrs super long GP lesson which we spent discussing about the topic and did a comprehension assignment. First comprehension i had done since last year's GP promo paper. Trying to pick up the compre skills while doing them. Had 3 lessons yesterday, GP, maths lect and tutorial. Then, had CCA. 2hr of break before CCA was wonderful.

LOL! My Ho is super funny, i have to admit. Ken wrote the notice on the board: "PLEASE DO NOT USE PURPLE MARKER. THE BOARD IS SENSITIVE TO IT. BY T25". When Mr Ho saw that, he told me: "Henry, let the class know that if they have something to tell me, just say out. Don't write on the board like this, like declaring war like that. Tell them i have got sophisticated weapon, not ony parang." He spoke this smiling lar! So super funny. Well, maths lesson for me is the best, as its so funny and cool class. Now i know Faye, the school athletic, can continue laughing for so super long.

Discovered that a new post was being created: E.T.I (Expedition training instructor). Shall eleborate on yesterday's training. We had eco-challenge for the J1s, whereby they had to complete tasks set by PTI. Did some warm-up run before starting the proper training. The size of J1s coming for training yesterday increased by twice? About there. Everyone was divided into groups where they would carry on completing the tasks together. Firstly, all went to the track, then every group was supposed to complete 60 rounds around the track(relay style). In the end, it was changed to 3 rounds per person in a relay style. Then, we proceeded with the 3 tasks given. Went to do pull-ups first. Every group has to share 100 pull-ups amongst the members, and 5 incline pull-ups for girls=1 guys pull-up. After completing the pull-up task, we went to do the log task. Every group had to carry the log, to the grandstand and do 5 GST with it. At the top, we had to do 5 switch-overs (from the shoulder up the head and to the other shoulder then back equals to 1 complete switch-over). At the bottom, we had to do 10 sit-ups with the log. Finished the task, then we went to the MPH to get surprises which the J1s had to carry along, then jog to the forest trail. Every group had to walk through the forest trail and back to school. My group came in 5th i suppose, at least we completed the whole thing. Debrief for the J1s and they got dismissed, but the J2s had to stay back for further talks and to celebrate Liang Wang's and You Wei's b'day. ODAC tradition for b'day pple is that they get 'tao pok' by the others so you can imagine what we did to them.

Decided to sign up for surf n sweat, and found yi min as my partner. Promise i'll train hard for this competition. I'll respect the competition by training hard for it.

Went for tkd training which i didn't train. Quite tired and physically exerted, thus decided to sit around and talk with my other friend who couldn't train.
