Today had morning run, and I woke up earlier than usual. Ate a rather heavy breakfast which was a real big mistake! Had to collect the key since I was holding onto my key tag. Went down to the track for my 2.4 time trial. Since I was a little late, I ran without warming up.
My first run ever since a month ago. Had injuries which prevented me from joining the other ODAC members in the physical trainings. And you know what was my timing? 11.35!!! OMG lar!Way way off my standard. Actually quite expected that, after I've not been training. Could also see from my TKD sparring competition, when I used to be able to sustain for the whole match. Die already, when my fitness level is dropping really badly. Ok... After finishing the run, I was totally exhausted and vomitted. A bad day to run with a full stomach and headache. Bad day... real bad. Missed morning assembly for the first time, cos i was feeling sick.
No PE. My class got into Dodge Ball for the first day and Touch Rugby on the second. Had also Captains Ball. Playing dodge ball and trying touch rugby since I've not played it before.
I'm such a nice person lar! Helped Esther to time her 2.4, sacrificing my break time. I'm such a disgrace lar, as she almost won me in 2.4... Nevermind, I'm train up!
Couldn't focus during maths and was rather lazy. Didn't copy down the solutions she did on the board. Therefore, I have to do it now. Rather stupid, but well, also good that I can practice on my own.
I'm rather satisfied with my PW group, as its like one of the few moving groups in terms of the progress. Yea! My EOM is almost done!
Finally! First time no CCA. Was so happy and I went home rather early. Managed to sleep cos I'm having headache for the past day or so.
